diane petkoff graduated with a BFA in metals from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. she decided to pursue other opportunities until her desire for designing just couldn't be satisfied with anything else. so in the summer of 2006 she created tasty jewelry. "i decided to create the website to quench my desire to bring mod, colorful and creative graphics to jewelry and home accessories."

tasty jewelry is like the young, hip, carefree girl that you always want to be around. she's the one that is always in the 'know' about fashion, music, parties, well, just about everything. and it seems like wherever she goes people know her. the jewelry is contemporary with a mod and chic sensibility. clean lines and retro color combinations make each collection burst with flavor.

why "tasty" jewelry you ask? "i have a passion for food and love the fact that it is the only thing that can touch all of your senses. while you can't actually eat this jewelry, you might just consider it with names like chocolate, basil, candy & caramel... are you getting hungry yet?"

diane currently lives in austin, tx where there is a very supportive artistic and creative community. "i decided to move here from chicago in 2004 to gain a different artistic perspective, and to be closer to my parents. austin has much more to offer than just visual arts, the live music scene here is astounding! i love being a part of the super creative energy that surrounds this city."

tasty jewelry plans to keep bringing fresh and unique designs to you seasonally. please check back often to see what's new and exciting.
